Problems Replying To Feedback
 

Hi all

Is anybody else having problems responding to feedback left on eBay UK? Whenever I try I get an error message.

Some clown bought a DVD from me and left me a negative feedback because he didn't like the movie.

I have appealed the feedback through Live Chat but I just want to reply to the comment in the meantime as I know from experience how long it takes eBay to deal with these things (if they ever do).

Happened to me a few days ago, I just logged out and logged back in and it worked.

The movie was The World's End starring Simon Pegg.

In fairness it is a terrible film.

I have replied to his comment by saying "I only sell dvds - I don't actually direct them myself. Sorry if that is not good enough".

the buyer was justified with leaving negative feedback, that film is terrible lmao

they should have left bad feedback for the film company not you though lol

in future just snap any bad dvds you watch in half to save this happening again

Common sense...I would avoid selling any crappy movies all together. Save the hassle

Unfortunately, by following up with a comment, in my experience, means it is less likely to have the feedback removed no matter how absurd it is. No idea why - but seen/dealt with this many times before.

Remember - in eBays eyes - you made the film, you advertised it, you forced him to by it, you made his dog die and his girlfriend dump him on the same day he watched it - therefore YOU are responsible for the poor shopping experience!
