New Ebay seller - can I use old paypal with new email add?

Hello,

Apologies I couldnt find a similar thread!

I used ebay for years and along the way got fed up... anyway to cut a long story short;

I have a new ebay acc - only used for buying (cash), I now want to start selling on this account. I have an old paypal account - which I would like to use for this ebay account - BUT; I used this paypal acc for another ebay account; no longer in use - I was getting scammed by customers and ebay and decided to not pay the fees as ebay had refunded buyers and taken my money; I know I know - but I was very honest and always paid etc; a lot of money to ebay and PP over the years so I did feel justified in having this sulk.

Question is; do I need to have a new paypal (and bankc account) for this to work? Should I just close the original paypal acc and start again? Can I use this same bank account for a new PP acc????

Many thanks - lots of questions but despite my misgivings I would like to sell on ebay again and somehow try to weed out the scammers.....

You would need to look at getting a new PayPal with a new bank account and then keeping that totally separate from the old accounts to prevent it getting limited
