Paypal, adding bank account confused
Okay here is the story I had an old Paypal account its fine just ages ago i delinked the bank account from it. So now i have a use for this Paypal, this Paypal has a phone number attached that I don't have now... So i put a new number on (didn't delete the old number) and make it my primary number sends me the code to verify all good. Go to add the bank account and Paypal says we don't recognise the device you are using we will send you a SMS or automated phone call. Go to the phone number and its the old number. The new number doesn't appear. So I think I'll just go delete the old number the old number isn't there, the only place i can view is when i go to the update the PIN bit, so i go through all that the number appears..options - edit - delete - primary, no matter which one i click on it takes me to another window and says this is an old link this occurs when it is bookmarked. Very frustrating. Any advice is welcome |
