A spate of spam orders
 

In the last week I have had 4 orders from usernames which are newly registered (1 day old) and clearly computer generated. I have so far cancelled all of these orders as my messages to the 'buyers' asking them to confirm the account is real have gone unanswered.


What's going on here? Is there any way I can stop these buyers?

I've had the same lately, but touch wood, only the foreign ones seem to become problematic. Hopefully you will fine.

I might not get how spam orders work in theory but whats there to worry about if they PAID for the order? or haven't they paid for them. Ebay is not generally happy about cancellation unless you choose buyers has to cancel as the reason and as far as I know the buyer will still need to approve before the cancellation can go through.
