Need Paypal for existing Ebay Account Any Good ?
 

I ve purchased a good ebay acc with pp (ebay and paypal not linked) but logged in from same ip couple of times.

PP asked for verification that I could not manage to pass.

Previous pp was not limited or anything

what happens if I create a new pp and link it to my existing ebay acc?

1. The eb acct you bought with pp - they are linked if used together and same ip as what...old accounts? That could be trouble.

2. So your new pp is limited asking for verification right? If so, then a NEW pp COULD have problems later....maybe not right away but you NEVER know when it will go down due to linking (and it is linked to the other pp because of eb use).

Your combination is now a mess - the eB can be used with other payment providers but pp is risky to use

I agree with rsot for the most part. However, if you find yourself in a situation where the eBay account is worthless to you, some people HAVE had success changing the email address and adding another PayPal account to it. Usually, they want to do this because they have a lot of positive feedback, or hundreds of listings that would be difficult to re-create on a new eBay account. You really have nothing to lose but your time and the cost of creating or buying the new account.

But if there is nothing special about the eBay account, I would just let it go.

What do you mean paypal asked for verification?
Was an IP problem or were you limited at all?

Nothing will happen if you link your new paypal to your ebay account, as long as you know the stealth guide way then you're good to go. But do remember there's always a risk to everything.

I have done this on 2 accounts before, the paypal that was attached to them got limited due to them not accepting the documents. I changed the email address on ebay and opened a new paypal, so far both accounts have been going strong for last 6 months or so but i know there is always the risk of it going at any point in the future.

I have had success creating a new paypal, waiting a couple weeks, and adding it to an ebay.

Clever trick - change the Ebay email address and then open a new PP account!!Im not saying that is tried and tested but it makes sense!

Will only last a few months though, im sure if we were all honest and had a really good EB acc going and the attached PP gets suspended we have all at one point just created a new PP and used it on the ebay to keep sales going.

Longest I got out it was 8 months and now I have that limited and linked to other PP with both sitting with 3k in them, so overall not worth it.
