Are there any real benefits to a business account?

I have got a 5 month old personal account eBay and premier Paypal which is starting to gain a nice amount of sales, I would say each month about £2-3000, which I am looking to gradually increase hopefully!

Would it be wise to change this to a business account? What are the benefits and drawbacks?

you can apply for a 0.5% discount with paypal if you get a business account. Not sure about ebay, can get a shop which is good for using good until canceled

Benefits:
-Quicker limit increases
-Can become top rated seller (So 10%discount on fees, higher search ranking)

Cons
-You have to act as a business. Legally obliged to accept change of mind returns etc
-Fees can increase (check your category for fees differences between personal and business accounts)

I personally prefer business accounts.
