edit: company for uk eBay , available company forms?

Just got back to the eBay life again.....on the way back atleast.

I need a new company and want to start a new in UK , Google didnt help so im asking here.

How to register a company in Uk?
Where to start, im stuck with llc thinking but uk is ltd?

Is there any ready made companies you can buy?

Wouldnt that be spamming the forum with threads?

The easiest way isnt always the best but IF thats preferred ill keep it in mind for the future.

I used https://www.theformationscompany.com/ which is all done online, nothing via the post etc and you get an official registered company document.

Spamming the forum is opening lots of threads in little time... you are member since 2012 and have little more than 300 threads... this is not your case ;)

Now, unless a moderator changes the subject, you have a question that doesn't match. Simple.
