Little Advice Needed
 

I'm hoping someone can help.

I've recently bought a new ebay account, paypal etc.
Went to send payment from the paypal account but it asked for verification. I didn't have access to the number that the person linked to the paypal so I changed it.

They're now asking for me to call or email to be able to send payment,
What will they ask me?

I have answers to security questions set by the seller.

Any advice would be great.

That's why the forum suggests to keep the number alive for the life of the account. do not buy accounts unless you have an active phone number that was used to create the account. Changing phone number poses suspicion and attract unwanted attention to your account.

Ask the seller for any missing info - they might ask for last few digits of bank account or cc on file - as an example
