Vodafone dongle playing up, what's best alternative dongle
Hello, my vodafone dongle keeps playing up not loading ebay pages, been like this last couple of days. I'm going into to town tomorrow for a new dongle, I see the Three one mentioned on here a few times and the O2 one, what about EE? I know it may not matter which one but wanna make sure they are all safe to use, any help much appreciated, cheers
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
Re: Vodafone dongle playing up, what's best alternative dongle
Both 3 and O2 work very well with a huge range of IPs. I agree with James that EE has a limited range of IPs. Not sure if this could be down to location though.
I reckon what wired has said is the cause of your problems. I've also experienced several problems this morning with slow loading pages. It took me 30 mins to be able to access Ebay messages.

Re: Vodafone dongle playing up, what's best alternative dongle
OK cheers or help guys, I hear what your saying Ebayorbust, basically what happens is i can get onto the ebay home screen but then if i click messages or selling etc.. it just loads a blank white page, but when i use my home broadband on my old account ebay works fine, just if I use the dongle it doesn't load even though all other websites are working with the dongle. Is that the same for you? Also if I did get a new dongle, is it best to go with pay a you go or contract? if I choose contract i have to give details to sign up etc.. ebay won't see those will they? cheers

I use Three, got 13 of the little suckers, just a pain when you need to goto the three store to buy another batch of 3month 3GB sims and they try and sell you contracts. They cant seem to get their head around the fact that it is still cheaper to buy a payas you go sim than their monthly contract.
