Paypal 21 days hold removed
 

Is it usual to receive the following ? Does paypal always notify you when you they lift the 21 day hold ?

Important information about your pending balance

We are pleased to let you know that, starting today, money from payments you receive will no longer be placed in a pending balance and will be immediately available to you.

What about money that's still pending?
Payments you received before this date will remain in your pending balance for 21 days from the transaction date.

The money currently set aside may be available within 7-14 days, if we can confirm the item was delivered.

How can I prevent future delays to my payments?

Process orders immediately and dispatch quickly using a service that provides tracking and delivery confirmation

Yes its normal. Sometimes you get it , sometimes you don't. Most of the time you get it when its the first time they are removed.

Be warned, they can and will put them back on at some point, even just for a short while, in the early days of an account.
