Hi, I wanted to know if ebay cookies send info to ebay when your not logged into ebay? like spyware or does ebay/paypal only get the info from the flash/cookies when you actually log in?

eBay advertises all over the place so you might see the browser saying like "loading rover.ebay.com" and then poof you got an eBay cookie. Yahoo often is loading these. Hotmail actually always is loading these whenever I try it. If you have prefetch on and an ebay site comes up in your browser and cookies are enabled, then you get an eBay cookie.
