Definitive Guide to Addresses

So come on guys,

It seems address ideas are kept very close to everyones chests - to me addresses and access are the hardest part of all of this. Mobiles, IP's, CC's, Bank accounts - easy - disposable - quick.

Addresses (with access!) - not so much..

Fire away with your ideas, suggestions, history etc

If you search the forum you will see there are two active threads on this already started in the last week or so.

It really isn't a secret, all the information required is readily available on this forum if you look. :thumb:

Local rental mailboxes work

Just have to put in the time to research a decent local one

Again, how does that work with utility bills for pp verification?

I realise, but surely sending in the monthly gas bill for £50,000 for a BIG warehouse is going to cause alarm bells ?

Would they accept a rental invoice instead? What would a "legit" person renting a unit do ??

It's not what other people would do, it's what would you do?

How would you portray yourself as a business to the right eyes?

Re: Definitive Guide to Addresses

I rent a small container locally, and when i say small i really do mean it, lucky if i could fit a couple of montain bikes in there, but for £25 a month i have an accesible address, if i get mail it goes to the office where each container has their own "mail box"

On paper it just looks like an address in an industrial estate.

Re: Definitive Guide to Addresses

I can't be the only one playing it a little dangerously here? I just use any address within 100 mile radius. The address I use is either a student accommodation or any where that looks like a rented house. Downside is I won't be able to have access to the property but I make sure to leave an accessible return address sticker on all my packages. Haven't had too much of a problem and if my items don't get returned to me then so be it. I just treat it as the nature of a stealth store.

Have a look at self storage facilities. From as little as £5 per week.

They dont mind if you put 'room', 'unit', 'suite', etc before the unit number.

Re: Definitive Guide to Addresses

I've used the addresses of buildings that have been or are being demolished (lots being made into flats) within my general post code area.
Most of my sales are small value so if there's ever a problem (not very often) just tell the customer to keep it or scrap it & issue a refund.
All depends on the value of your sales items as to wether you need an accessible address.
Just need to get creative with the utility bills
