eBay UK, Paypal, Virtual UK bank and UK limited company

I am non-UK resident and I am in UK formation company process. I will dropship on ebay.co.uk. I need Paypal for receiving money. I want to avoid UK regular banking (because flying and posibility of refusal).
I will use regular non-UK bank (bank with online account apply, or my local bank) for annual tax return from HMRC (because HMRC will only send return to regular bank).

Please can you advice me what combination for money circulation will be great for my case? Can I use services like: Card one banking, Secure Trust Bank Prepaid Bank Account, netteler or payoneer for verify Paypal and regulary make UK bookkeeping? Also I need debit card from one of services for buying goods.
