Virgin Fiber
 

I was wondering if any UK stealthers have Virgin's Fiber broadband? We are currently on Sky Fiber (which is a pain in the ass for changing IP, but we've had an ok service from them so far)

The BF wants to switch as its a better deal, which always sounds good. But does anyone have any feed back on Virgin from a stealthers pov? Can you switch IP easier? Is it good service?

I'm just of the opinion that our fiber is currently ok, and don't fix it if it ain't broke. But more DL speed for lower price, seems to good to be true.

It works pretty well but it is not as simple as turning the router off and on to get a new IP

thanks for this, would that mean that with your method I could use the one router to have assigned IP's for a few accounts? Or is it random each time you do it?

For the Sky fiber I considered just buying dongles for each of my stealth since I couldn't keep an IP when the router got turned off, it was always random each time, I can't be bothered keeping tabs on which IP's have been used where!

If you do it correctly then you can make sure you get the same IP addresses as and when you need them.

Practice I can do no problem, but thank you for the info, you've pretty much sold me on the idea :)
