Weird phone error...
 

I have a couple of numbers with Soho and they are routed correctly to my landline.

When I dial from any phone to hand, the call reaches my landline and everything goes as planned.

I am trying to receive an automated call from PayPal but when I ask them to call me, my phone does nothing. Doesn't ring at all. Instead, what I end up having is an email a few minutes later from Soho telling me I have a new voicemail - from PayPal.

My settings say 'ring for 30 seconds, then send to voicemail'. Everything is set up the way it is supposed to be.

If I can call my numbers and they route to my landline correctly, why is this not working when PayPal try to call me? Anyone else had this?

It's worth talking to Soho about this. I had the same problem about 2 years ago

I've just sent them an email so we'll see.

Was it resolved in the end?

I moved over to prepaid SIMs in the end

Yes I had this many times, I also ditched Soho in favour of Sims, especially seeing as they upped their prices.

I can't remember the cause, obvious thing would be check to make sure there is sufficient credit in your account

Just be aware, last week I had several issues getting paypal to call me. It was paypals end rather than mine, a proper landline number.
In the end chose the send me a text option, which came through to my landline after 5 or 10 minutes. Obviously not an option when using virtual numbers though.
