Very weird eBay error
This is not a selling question but I'm getting a weird error while trying to purchase.
The seller added a BIN option for me, so I added it to my basket and went to pay. But I'm told the payment couldn't go through. I'm receiving these messages:
'We noticed a problem. Please review: your items.'
and at the bottom of the page...
'The seller doesn't have that many left.'
And now when I go into the listing, I am not seeing any BIN or Add To Cart buttons anywhere. It's like they've disappeared (but they were these not half an hour ago).
I'm in contact with the seller as we speak and they can't see a problem at their end. They insist that the listing is still active with a BIN and hasn't been sold to anybody else.
This is weird, right? |
