i need advice on paypal

i have a paypal, bank debit card is verified but it is not accepting bank account

2ndly as its not accepting my bank account, how i can withdraw money using my debit card

You cant withdraw money via debit card. You need the bank account associated with it.

Whats the error for adding bank account? Was this previously used? Is it a savings account?

You may need to call in and get it manually added.
