Reinstate my account earlier than a year?
 

Hey guys.
My main name account was suspended last year (19th May) for 12months. This had my real details in - address, bank details.
I managed to open up another using my girlfriends address, phone number and opening up another bank account, paypal etc...

Now i have been reading about people managing to get their account back by using a live chat on Ebay's US site. Is it worth while me trying this? And hows best to go about it?

What was the original suspension? Can't say I have noticed on this forum that people have
been using live help to get year-suspended accounts back.

I sold a modified Xbox and they done me for that :(

Must of read it somewhere else about live chat then, sorry. Would be it best just sitting it out then till May?

If theres little chance of me getting the account back, i'd guess they'd catch me if i deactivated it and swapped my details over AFTER May comes?

When you say deactivate and swap details after May. Yes do so then, after the suspension period is over and your account isnt reinstated, start up a new account in your real details, just for buying, I did, nothing happened, maybe later, much later turn it in to a slow selling account legit stuff, I did.
BUT there is no reason to wait, you can create a UK ebay account for a few pounds either stealth details or even better a real friend/relatives details..

have you used all your options yet.
Do you have another address and details you can use,(someone that doest use ebay) different phone or get a cheap voip landline, then just amend your name slightly, unless its an unusual one. new IP and follow all forum and ebook rules. Make at least one other account and start it off, the other account may or may not be reinstated, that should NOT affect your ebay trading, these accounts are not like your children, dont get too attached to them.
