What's the best way to get a response from PP
 

My PP account was limited a while ago. I have provided all the necessary docs and details.

The reason why I was limited is because I went over the 2500 limit.

On PP's website I have: 'Thank you for providing the required information, we'll get back to you in a few days'

It's been a couple of weeks now.

I have messaged PP under message center. What's the best way to get in contact with them.

Call them on the Phone,,,or Set the building on fire, I bet that will get you a response

I can't call them due to gender differences of the account.

Get someone else to make the call.

If that isn't possible then use their social media pages. Twitter usually gets a response in 4 or 5 days.

You can send a message through the message centre, wait for the genric response and then message again to get a real person. This does not always work though.

Getting someone else to call would be the fastest way to get a reply

So you would reply direct to the generic email you receive James? I thought this came from a no reply service?

Uk paypal must be on the same level as the DMV... running round in circles and jumping through hoops

When my account reached its limit I called them and the guy did it on the phone with me. But I think the account reaching its limit was a huge influence on that.
