UK business sellers, how do you beat the none VAT compliant sellers?

Title says it all, anyone finding it difficult to compete when these international sellers uses fulfilment centres in UK to match local sellers dispatch and postage speed and not paying VAT.....

Any bright ideas?:doh:

Cannot really beat them. Just have to have better listings and provide a better service than them.

Better listing yes I thought of that and I am in the middle of shopping bespoke shop/templates and multi channel software, any recommendations? But even that is too easy to copy I feel also sometimes what I find weird is with some "new" accounts", they are allowed to sell so much without selling limits in place it seems....plain text listings, just low prices!

Service wise, I find most people dont bother about that no more, especially now since feedback does not affect TRS as well they can still take advantage of Best Match even with 98 97 or even 96%...Yes customers appreciate good service when there is a problem but they only know that after the purchase....

If you found solution plz share with us, its getting impossible to pay vat and other are selling without vat,

Its not just international sellers many sellers based local and their turnover well over vat limit and they not vat register, just search any item specially phones and many of them dont have vat number,

Hmrc will not do anything they simply not interested
Need to find solution

Maybe setup company abrod and use fulfilment centre
