Paypal does not accept entropay card
 

Hi guys,

Got one of my paypal limited due to incoming limit, tried to add two different entropay cards but it did not alllow ?

i just made 11 accounts today using entropay and all were accepted fine.

So its something you are doing.

You sure you inputing the correct details?

I tried two times with two cards , worked before but now something happended

Put more funds on the cards, those amounts are probably to low to even register with the site.

If I would add my bank acc would they lift sending limits?
acc is limited due to receiving limit reached

Have you ever had a bank account attached to it?, doesn't sound you have from what you said in your last comment.

was your last card you had (confirmed) ?

Is the card still active on the entropay account? if it is, then yes you can confirm the card and lift the withdrawal and sending limits.

Adding a bank will do the same but you need to also confirm a card.

When you say your account is limited because you have reached the receiving limit, what receiving limit are you talking about?

The last card was not confirmed and it is not from entropay its virtual nettler mastercard

Neteller cards will not add as they fail the AVS

well it used to as it is the only card I have, I am not able to confirm it ofcourse

the name and address has to match with neteller for it to work.

You will need ID documents as well as the bank account added to lift the receiving limits.

Yes in theory but quite often they will stop you sending large amounts right away

not if your account is limited for receiving £1900

you will need to pass the limitations first.

Yes OP if you are limited for going over the receiving limit on the PayPal then the only option you have is to send them over ID

Far too small amount of funds.

Should be adding at least £5 or more.

I always add £10 and never have an issue.

This happened to me a while back...went through eventually they two days later a long standing account got limited. I trust Entropay to work with PayPal Stealth the same as I trust the Tory Government.

Entropay does work fine. It would not be the reason your account was limited wired

I am afraid I cannot agree with this. I appreciate some of you account sellers make lots of money out of using Entropay to set up your accounts as of the ease of the service, but as its been discussed before on previous threads, Entropay is fully on the PP radar, and will instantly add a notch against the legitimacy of an account.

To further elaborate, I also tried putting an Entropay card on my legit account, thats been active and in use for fifteen years. It went through, two days later it was limited. I had to call up and go through all the rubbish, and it was reinstated. So, do I trust Entropay? Two accounts, one legit, both problematic after renewing credit card info with entropay cards getting limited? I definitely don't, and I do feel it was a massive part in the limitation of the main account.

Ok agreed on behalf of everyone on this forum that Entropay could of played a part in your limitation. But buddy, take a step back and admit that other factors could of influenced it as well? How is it most people including myself use entropay faultlessly, yet you have so many issues. In such case, you just gotta take the buck that your doing something wrong somewhere.

I use Neteller cards on some of my accounts and like JamesNorth101 says, they do AVS check on this card. What you need to do is change the address on your Neteller account to the one on the PayPal account you are trying to confirm. Once you change it, wait a few minutes and add it to PayPal and confirm. Make sure there is about £5 in your Neteller balance.

Once PayPal has done the charge for the 4 digit code, you can get it immediately by checking your recent/pending transactions on your Neteller account. Once confirmed, you can change the address on Neteller back to your home address.

As for the £1800 limit you will still need to provide them proof of id and address.

Yes, I must be doing something wrong on a fifteen year old genuine account that isn't used for selling.

The entropay issue seems to be when reconfirming an expired credit card after a year or so. Im not the only person this has happened to. Its still easy to set up accounts with Entropay and they work fine for the year of the VCC.

I appreciate you're becoming more entwined in the forum so you can start selling accounts though, so understand your comments.

Money and account selling has nothing to do with it.

I often don't use Entropay on the accounts I sell, not because there is anything wrong with Entropay, but because they expiry is only 12 months. I tend to use 36 month VCCs on both the accounts I sell and my own person accounts. This means I don't have much of a vested interest in saying Entropay works.

When I do use Entropay though I do not have issues. Entropay may be a small factor in why your account got limited granted, but it will not be the sole reason. If it was the sole reason then there would be a lot more threads and posts about people having issue with Entropay
