Hi there, is there anyway i can open a bank account online via electoral role for registation as i dont have any photo id, and if so what bank, ty.

Banks can also accept birth certificates sometimes

Out of curiosity, why dont you have a photo ID of any form? - I am damn certain if anything happen and you were called in to go to the bank, they would ask that question.

Same here, questionwise...can't be too hard to get validated photo ID...

:) Well its a bit like using a paypal with limits still not lifted... eventually your going to dig yourself a hole to sit in.

Pokerkid you can get photo ID by going to a photo booth in any big store Asda, Morrisons, etc., then get a valid professional such as your gp, a justice of the peace, anyone who has a good solid bricks and mortar business such as a Property Conveyancing business owner, to sign it on the back that it is you, that one worked for me with the last bank account I opened. Business people who can do this usually advertise that they can do it.
