I messed up.... Paypal Perm limited

Hello guys!
I am here talking about a permanent limitation held upon my paypal account.
Now here's how the issue started in 2015 when I was 17, I photoshopped my passport to show me as 18, the buisiness I started at the time was put on hold, I then started again when I was 18 (a few months later) and uploaded the real documents and changed the details on the account, all was fine until I received £800 in sales after that I was limited and they wanted more details.

7 days of calls go by and the final guy said i'm limited forever and that this is a serious offence, I have said to him that I accidently uploaded that file it was part of my photoshop training course.

Is there anything I can do?

Also I stupidly refunded someone for £220 after they received the item, Is there anyway to reverse the refund, he's not replying to my emails, I asked PayPal they said there's nothing they can do personally to reverse it.

And my ebay is fine, Was getting on very well with them.

I was looking for advice on what to do, I really appreciate all advice.

2nd question!
Also, I have a really great dropshipping company , I have lost £400 in total now as I had refunded everyone. And yes I know this only failed because of my stupidity, I want to continue using paypal as a payment processer and ebay as a selling platform. I am on my last £300, I was thinking of getting a stealth ebay and paypal for £350 and continuing my business, as im on my last coins, would that be risky.

- My item price is £250, I plan on selling £5000 - £10,000 a month
- I will change my second name on my bank account and add my savings account to the new stealth business PayPal.
- I will not make a link between accounts, I will use an RDP to handle business dealings.

If you got this far, I apologise for writing skills, I'm not in a good place right now mentally after this big loss. I also want to say much love for reading this far into it!

Spend a few pounds on the stealth guide from this forum, it will answer quite a lot if your questions, because believe me you will definately have more than just two!, read the guide over and over until you understand most of it. At the moment you don't have enough basic knowledge of operating stealth accounts. That is why you are in your current predicament.

Spend time reading around this forum as well, there are new members arriving on here virtually every day, some of them with similar issues to yours, read their experiences and the advice that was given to them, some of it will apply to you.

You can't start putting thousands through a new account from the off without getting problems. Further, the new account is likely to have 21 day holds initially so this is going to cause you major issues if your available funds are low.

You might be better to spend a bit of time reading the forums and / or get the stealth guide with a view to setting up your own account(s). It would be the best course of action if your resources are limited.

We were all on the same boat. Please read the stealth guide and you will learn everything on your own. Ask questions as much as you need. Members of this forum are fantastic people, learned a lot from here. Second thing, You can not go/sale big in a new account. You have to go slow and gradually build it. Open multiple accounts for backup. You can learn all these from stealth guide. Good luck my friend.

Welcome to the forums - all the best as you master stealth :thumb:

With regards to your first question, there is no way I know of to reverse a refund unless the other party resends the money...or you claim with PP that there was unauthorized access (which would be very weird in my opinion)

photoshop training project! thats funny.....but anyway no, you are not stupid, just young and made some mistakes, dont worry you can start again, but slow down....joining this forum is the best thing you could have done.

the refund, no nothing you can do really now.

you said something about changing name on bank account - not sure what you mean - dont do that anyway....

do not add a new paypal to the same ebay, start a new eb and paypal pairing.....

Thanks for all the advice guys, I will buy and read the stealth guide.

If I buy a 90 day buis account with 5 feedback, then how long roughly would I need to sell low cost items to be able to sell the initial high risk £250 item?

There is no set time frame.

Generally once you have 25 sales, account is over 3 months old and the 21 day hold is removed you can consider your account as solid.

Jumpimg straight from cheap items to £250 items may cause you issues.
Build up slowly. Sell a few items for £50. Then £100. Etc

Work your way up to avoid any hassles.
