What sales are included in this months evaluation?
 

Basically can anybody tell me what sales are included Mays evaluation? Do the sales I've made from the 1st - 20th May count in this months evaluation?

My account is projected to drop below standard on the 20th.. I've been working my butt off to sell as much as possible to keep it dropping below standard but now I've heard that the sales from the beginning of the month don't even count in the evaluation!

Can anybody confirm this please?

Ah bother.. So basically if my dashboard says I'm projected to fall below standard on the 20th it will be happening whatever I do?

So all I can do is work hard to ensure it gets back above standard on the 20th June?

That is most likely the case. But if your projections are good for next month, you may not get a limit reduction.

Yep I'm confident projections for next month will be above standard again.
I'm just worried about the account lasting the month of being below standard.. Is it likely to survive the next 30 days until the next evaluation? :mad2:

If the account is a year old or older, you should make it by no problem.

What happened to cause this?

Are you able to resolve the issues?

Are you able to provide acceptable reasons if asked by ebay?

@OP, also worth noting is that now is a better time then never to build up backup accounts in case - are you relying only on this one acct?

Advice from rsot is like a doctor telling a person to train for a marathon when their leg is broken.

Majority of sellers might be trying to save an account and not have time /strength/ resources to make nuture other accounts.

It was projected to drop below standard due to 3 cases being closed without seller resolution (yes totally my fault but I was away at the time)

But today I've had a bit of good news.. I emailed eBay yesterday trying my luck to get one of the 3 defects removed.. and they replied this morning saying it's being removed and won't count in my next evaluation :clap:

With regards to back up accounts, yes I have one or 2 backups waiting but I always have one main account which is this one and I would be heartbroken if I lost it to be honest. It has great selling limits if 2,625/£52,000 and on relatively legit info :)
