Limited Company Account Suspended - Who's banned, me or the co?
 

Hello all,

I'm new here after a recent suspension and have a few questions so, firstly "hi all", and here's my question (others will be posted in the appropriate categories)....

Ok, so my main ebay account for my limited company got suspended for a slight breach of the non performing seller policy - all above board, genuine reason for problems but ebay won't listen etc etc.

My question is, is it me personally "joe blogs" that's suspended, or "xyz enterprises ltd" that's suspended? Or both?

Hope this makes sense, and thanks in advance for your answers.

Whatever name, address, phone number, website, etc etc.. you Used is suspended.

ok, so in my example it's both myself and the company that are banned. as well as the premises we operate from, and no doubt any address that i've used previously on that account?
