Last step before I set it up...
 

I was suspended for 12 months, and basically I am going to use my partners ebay account which is years old and has never been used, I am going to use her ebay and paypal account with her bank details, (she has consented for me to do this) and sell from my home. I just need to make sure I am not missing anything. I have deleted my flash cookies, normal cookies and changed my IP address, is there anything else I need to do?

Also I sell named makes such as Adidas, I was wondering how I should start selling, I was thinking of selling ps3 games, and junk around the house and then slowly move onto the adidas. I was just wondering how slowly I should move onto the clothing as I have alot of stock.

Question: Why were you suspended in the first place?

And yes everything seems okay, follow the stealth guide and you should be fine.

It might be better to setup multiple accounts if you have a lot of stock because you can't sell high risk items from the get go, and too much at a time.

I was suspended for selling some ⊗⊗⊗⊗ goods, but I didnt no they were ⊗⊗⊗⊗ so kept relisting it then I was suspended, but the goods I will be selling are totally legit.

Ok, it may be legit adidas, but it doesnt mean ebay will let you sell it, it depends on if its a frequently ⊗⊗⊗⊗d brand or style. Be prepared to back up your listings with supplier info. Even then, dont count your chickens.
If you dont have supplier info and find you get taken down often, you have options, off-load your merchandize elsewhere or sell slow on many accounts.
