PayPal asking to upload proof of identity
 

This is my first stealth account so have taken some time to go through the guide, made plenty of notes and today attempted to create my first stealth paypal account (not yet done the ebay account as plan was to get verified with paypal first).

Anyway, my company just got a new premises so thought this would be a great address to use, however, before even giving any bank details, etc, paypal are now asking for proof of identity via either a passport, driving licence or other government id.

Any idea how I get round this or is the account goosed before it even began?

Just shoot over a PM to someone with a red or purple name and they will be able to guide you in the right direction

There's nothing vague about it at all. Documents need to be submitted that match the information the account was set up with.

If you read the forum FAQs, you'll see why people are not spelling it out for you.

I didn't mean it in anyway bad,just that a bit more research is worth taking when looking into it.

Provide the ID they want....think about it...
