For a UK plan then you want the Dedicated Guaranteed fresh UK IP

Agreed with the above two posts.

Just to add, dont be sceptical about annual subscriptions as they give you a new Fresh IP for a very small fee in case your account is suspended.

You are given a dedicated Static IP that only you can use that has never before been used with eBay or PayPal
