| Every website you visit....can track your IP address and what you do on their website....even if you aren't logged in to their site. When you say anonymously, are you referring to using ebay not logged in?
Let me put it this way, if you log into ebay with the same IP, Cookies.....and you don't log in to ebay, they still know its you. Quote:
