Is it better to open a Paypal business vs personal account?

One reason because the contact name (natural person) of the company can always be changed?
Whereas the name is basically fixed (barring typos) in a Personal account.

Plus option to open business bank accounts as well...

No massive difference really

It would be hard to open up a stealth Ltd company business PayPal as all your information would be on companies house. If you had been banned before PayPal could potentially link you through that.
