PayPal requesting supplier info
 

Hello

Recently one of my aged PayPal stealth accounts (over 1 and a half years) got limited, I suspect it is just a routine check as I've received no complaints at all and PayPal are requesting my supplier information and invoices etc... A lot of the things I am selling on that account are purchased on Amazon lightning deals so I am just wondering if I download all the order invoices and submit them will it be okay? I've heard before that PayPal have rejected amazon invoices so I just want to make sure there's nothing I'm doing wrong here so they don't close my account.

Also they are requesting proof of postage. A lot of the goods I am sending are of low value and a lot of the time I just buy a second class large stamp and post them in the letter box, I have all the receipts for the stamps I buy, I have all the transactions on my bank statement and I sometimes take pictures of all the parcels I'm sending without tracking incase a buyer trys scamming me, am I alright with submitting all this information aswell or won't they accept it?

No never send amaozn order invoices

Get creative and send them
Proof of postage send them much info you can along with copy of these receipts should be ok

Just out of interest, did this request from PP come following an increase in sales on ebay? I think that this is clearly all automated so if you stay selling at a certain level week on week you can avoid this type of thing.

Yeah it did, I thought I'd invest more money into stock and sales started flying which is my mistake yeah haha. I just need to make sure I don't bugger this account up because it's one of my better ones.

You can send Them Some Proofs of Invoices by creating Yourself or Hiring Someone to create.

Serious spikes in sales can trigger these sorts of things. It's worth taking your time and building up the sales to avoid these sorts of issues.
Slow and steady when it comes to stealth, thats the best advice I can give you.

Just because one of your accounts is selling well, doesn't mean that you need to sell only on one account- Spread your sales and avoid problems. Spread your sales and avoid problems, spread the risk and all that jazz.
