withdraw from uk paypal

Hello,
My paypal account have been suspended...
I have there sum $, and i wish to withdraw.
However, i am from israel, therefor i have only payoneer uk account.
Other problem is, that i cannot call them to help me define the payoneer account, as my suspended account is a uk one, and i am located in israel, so that would be to suspicious.
Can any one advice ?

i know payoneer is good enought, but i must call them.
any idea what can i do?
as i am from Israel, and once i will call, they would see something strange,
because my paypal account is a uk one, not israelie.

I dont think payoneer works on paypal, you can use skype or any other service like sipgate to call them

Payoneer is no longer a working option, it hasn't been for a while.

Why not use a UK eBay with a foreign PayPal where you can then withdraw to VISA / Mastercard?

This is now the best option for foreign users who won't ever be able to get a UK bank account, not only that a good working option.

Well, it was a stealth account
So it was a uk ebay abd uk paypal accounts.
So, not i need to simply add a visa or bank account to withdraw...
so i guess it would be suspicous if i use suddenly an israelie one

You need a UK bank account for a UK PayPal

What Vetus is suggesting that you do it use a UK eBay and then link it to an EU PayPal and withdraw via VCC

This does not work as well as a UK eBay and a UK PayPal, but it is a solution for people who don't have UK bank accounts to add to a UK PayPal

i am sorry, not sure i understand your idea,

but may be i will explian my problem...

i bought a stealth account for ebay and paypal.
Sold on ebay for 3-4 month, and got some funds pending there.
one day, paypal decided to close m account.
My funds were been held for 180 days.

Now that the time has passed, i wish to withdraw my funds.
I am an israelie, which have only visa or bank account in israel.

My name is not the name on that paypal.

So i cannot withdraw the funds, unless i ask them to conect payoneer, or any any other uk bank account (which i do not have).

If i call them and ask for payoneer, they would see my call is from israel and not UK, and would be suspicous...

Create an IL PayPal account with your real details and real bank account. Send money from your UK PayPal account to your IL PayPal account. Withdraw to your IL bank. Profit.

The UK account is permanently limited. He won't be able to send the money anywhere.
