added payoneer into paypal uk and it does work, got withdrawal without any issue

on paypal its says (Available only for withdrawal )

It works if you add it to company's account as a withdrawal method.
There's also a loophole, which sometimes allows adding it to a personal account.

Yes, you've never been able to use it to VERIFY a UK PayPal.

Adding it as a withdrawal method hasn't been an issue if you do it correctly.

Guys just update

paypal sent me email We noticed an issue with your account

and they said provide it within 45 days to lift this limit

on paypla account when click on resolve nothing showing up

ring them up and he said nothing wrong with the account we have all the information

I asked him anything wrong with payoneer account said no
put me hold for 2 min come back said no cant find anything so i remove this limit

paypal then sent email Your PayPal Account Has Been Returned to Regular Standing

is this normal?
he said this is normally happen when you change the business information
