payoneer on paypal

I thought payoneer is quite good with paypal transfer

I ma getting problems and problem not from paypal side but from payoneer side

found strict then paypal in matter of money

first transfer went through ok

then 2nd transfer they sent email need paypal account screenshot

then after 4th transfer they want
A full screenshot of your PayPal account profile showing your name and business name
A full screenshot of your PayPal incoming payments history page (last 2 months)
A full screenshot of your eBay account profile showing your name and store name

is this normal????

I haven't had that experience with Payoneer. If can easily send the screenshots... If you're clean!

yes I sent the screenshot to them

also rang many times before when had issue before and on the phone they say no issue with the paypal payments


payoneer account on my own name not business will this be the issue?

and paypal is business on payoneer when money comes in from PayPal it doe say business name
