Paypal eligible for withdrawal after 180 days but no bank
 

i have stealth acc got limited half a year ago with £700
got an email from them a couple of days ago saying my funds are eligible for withdrawal
the account only has vcc linked no bank
its not a perm limitation they are just asking for documents
its says in resolution centre i can add a bank
but when i try adding a bank it says

" the Paypal server is experiencing some issues contact paypal if you keep running into this problem. " ( something along those lines )

how would i go about getting the funds out ?

Is this the first time this bank account has been added to a PayPal?

Yes its a new lloyds saving account

Lloyds do have issues sometimes as they don't like mismatching names. I don't think that will be the issue in your case though.

It may be that you need to phone PayPal to get this added manually over the phone

Try a different browser - if the issue persists, you'd have to give a call and add the bank.

I 'think' mismatched names are a concern for 'regular' funds coming into an account in another name. A one off should be fine.

No i doubt it is cos i've got like 9 accounts open with lloyds

are they gonna ask for any personal info over the phone ? cos i dont have access to the phone number linked to the account or the vcc

You are asking for your money back but do not have all the info?

Be very careful about phoining in... Getting the wrong agent will mean more troubles.

Why not? At least the phone number you should be able to pull

Paypal can identify you from the phone number you call them from.

No they cannot... We do not have the same caller ID system as the USA

All they would be able to see is if the number has been used with PayPal before.
