My account is below standard because cases closed without seller resolution are on 0.33%. Its just 3 of 901 transactions!! if any one know how to change this or can help with this?
best regards |
| Haidukken | 06-21-2016 03:16 AM | re: Account Below Standard, need 0.03% to improve. Myman, you sell 901 items and want to argue over 3 transactions? Heh, just let it go! |
| huges2227 | 06-21-2016 03:27 AM | re: Account Below Standard, need 0.03% to improve. there is hard to sell anything when you account is below ebay "standards" my friend ;) |

Work out why this happened and work out how to avoid that again.
Sometimes, selling lots of cheap items helps...
is ebay UK the country involved?

| yankee | 06-21-2016 09:22 AM | Re: Account Below Standard, need 0.03% to improve. Mathematically you would need 300-400 transactions and no more cases unresolved. Not a good reason to have cases unresolved so ebay will not flex on this. |
| huges2227 | 06-21-2016 09:28 AM | Re: Account Below Standard, need 0.03% to improve. are you sure it is 300-400 transactions? i need around 0,04% less and will be ok |

| e2free | 06-21-2016 06:53 PM | Re: Account Below Standard, need 0.03% to improve. get cheap items and list them on auction u will increase number of items you sold and it will dropped down to less then 0.3
simple solution |

how long do you get below standard on account before losing it | Depends on the account. HUGE accounts could easy take 6 months to get back on all fours and start growing again.
New accounts could be a ban as soon as they go below standard. |
| dan_ebay | 06-22-2016 02:37 PM | Re: Account Below Standard, need 0.03% to improve. you need it to be 3 out of over 1000 transactions then. Depends how many transactions you have drop off next month |

But if 4 unresolved cases out of a whopping 1000 transactions in 12 months will put an account below standard then thats pretty freaking harsh.
I am probably missing something! |

I am probably missing something! | Nope, I agree. It is harsh.
The more so that the reasoning seems friggin' vague.
Also one of those situations where trying to talk to ebay staff is like dental surgery without pain meds.
 |

the only solution i find is just offer refund when case is opened, you may lose a little money but to keep your account in perfect standing its worth it in the long run | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 10:56 AM. | |
