Iv moved house 9 months ago i hant changed any details to my new house yet

I moved house a few months ago,, im in the same area,, but iv not changed any details to my new address ,,,everything is still at my old address bank accounts ect ect ,,im renting ,,and also subletting so i have lodgers who might have ebay accounts ,,,,,Is there any advantage to me making a stealth account at my new address ?
