I have recently opened my first Stealth PayPal account. I used VisaVCC for the credit card etc and a lloyds saver for bank account (which I'm being informed now might be a No-No).
VisaVCC was sent to me from Primus this morning and I have successfully added it to my PayPal account.
In the TO-DO LIST to get varified on PayPal all I have to do is confirm the deposits in my Bank Account (which I'm still waiting for).
Why haven't they asked me for an EXPANDED USER NUMBER on credit card and presumably VisaVCC will give me that if required? I presumed PayPal would send EXPUSE straight away?! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
