Using an Isle of Man bank account with UK PayPal?

Can a bank account based in the Isle of Man be used to withdraw funds from a UK based PayPal account?

Can it actually be done and are there any issues surrounding this that I should be aware of?

I would appreciate some advice from someone who has actually tried it or knows a bit about the banking system in the UK.

I have not ever tried that to be honest

One thing you can do is just ring PayPal UK and ask them if they would accept an IOM bank account. I would bet that the answer would be yes

I have used an HSBC account from Isle of man and jersey. No problem at all.
