Windows 10 Adding new user account
 
Could someone clarify for me please - Is opening a new family member account in Win 10 the same as adding a new user in other windows versions.

I did a quick google for you, and it looks like you will need to add a "other user" rather than a "family member."

From what that article describes, it looks like you will need a Microsoft ID to create a family member account.

The way they handle user accounts is the only reason Im staying away from Win10 and use only Win7.

I have managed stealth on windows 10 using 'local accounts' as oppose to family accounts and it works fine. You have the option to do that when adding a new user.
