How to open Ebay and Paypal account with company name
 

Hi,

i live in the UK, and i am planning to open a LTD company and would like to sell on ebay UK.

i have never been registered on ebay or paypal , but my brother has a suspended ebay and paypal account. We currently share the same address.

Please could someone advise me in the best way to open my own ebay and paypal account without it being linked with his. i would like to keep this account forever and don’t want it being suspended.

You'll need a new address not used before on ebay.

i will be able to change my address,

i will be selling simillar items that my brother used to sell on his suspended account ; ( authentic branded footwear )

how can i ensure that ebay does not suspend my account by looking at the products i sell. can they link my account with his , this way?

So who doesn't track you down? eBay or the authorities?

i have read through the guide and needed some help.

i will be opening an LTD account.

i have found an address which i am planning to use.
can you please tell me what kind of documents ebay and paypal will ask from me , as the address i am planning to use, is not the address i live in. All my documents and driving licence has my home address which has my brothers suspened account linked to it.

Ebay will not ask anything

PayPal will ask following

Ltd company certificate
Shareholder certificate
You need to enter on paypal director details
Bank statment
ID For all directors

That should be ok

Now your name date of birth and address should match with compnay house

all my details will match with company house.

i will be the director of the company. since i will be using a relatives address that which i am not living in , my driving licence and bank is not registered to that address.
should i change the address of my driving licence to that address or will my passport be ok to use instead.

will they ask for a utility bill? or can i just send them the bank statement instead.

also , do you know by any chance they type of documents amazon will ask from me ask i am also planning to open an amazon account.

Amazon will also for much more documents then paypal,
They will also ask hmrc documents with utility bills etc makesure you put business name exactly matches with your hmrc letter they normal accept vat certificate ni bill tax registration letter
