Contacting Paypal regarding limitations
 

Hi

I had a new ebay and paypal account limited. I sent all the documents in and the ebay limitation has been lifted. However, paypal sent me an email asking for more documents, but the limitations panel has glitched and won't let me upload it. I have tried emailing them through their website but I get an automated reply telling me if I have any problems to call them directly. I don't want to do this as it is a stealth account with a significant age difference to me.

Are there any direct email addresses for the limitation department so I can avoid calling them?

Welcome to the forums (if I haven't already welcomed you)!

PayPal's new site layout is renowned for being glitchy, and calling in with a huge age difference can be a tad bit risky.

Here's my advice..
I have posted this thread with a bunch of classic paypal site links, try to play around and see if you can find a way to upload what they want using the classic site:

Also try using a different browser to see if it makes any difference.

If neither work, hopefully someone else will be able to chime in with some advice on how to proceed.

I found when you use the message system from within your PP account to send them any enquiries all you get is automated replies asking you to phone them.
If you do decide to phone don't forget to call from the number you have registered in your PP account otherwise it will raise more suspicions. Not the easiest company to deal with.
