Hi,

Am trying to create a new eBay account, however, am very confused when it comes to cookies and IP addresses. I don’t know why I need to worry about this because numerous people can log into eBay on my computer and not be banned?

Can someone please explain?

ok, have you been banned/suspended? That makes a difference to advice given.

Sharing a pc if you or others have been suspended is a problem due to potential IP and cookie linking.

If banned peson has different name ,address, items to other users, using same pc is not necessarily an issue, eg, libraries have this etc

You are really asking basic questions, so grab some hobnobs and a nice cuppa and read the forum thoroughly.
