Selling after moving home
 

I currently have an account that is linked to my limited details that I am using just for buying at the moment. I have just recently moved address so was thinking maybe I could set up a whole new account again and start selling if I get new forms of ID etc (different to the ones they may have on file)

is there any point trying or will they still just link me on same name/d.o.b

Same name and same DOB would generally be enough to link you although it does depend how common your name is

I would say it is worth a shot. :)

I did the same thing when I moved house, made a new account using real info after I had moved house.

It's still running now after a few years. (though I don't sell much on it)

I pulled it off once, account lasted about 3 years until I got a bit silly and my EB account got canned. Still use that PP.

I just moved to a totally new area. Will start selling on this new account next week.

Take notice of what JamesNorth101 said and you'll be alright if the rest of your stealth game is strong.

You can Sign up with your real details and new address. Use it for buying purposes only.
After about 6 months, start selling bits and bobs around the house. (i.e. books etc.)

Finally - keep it that way. Don't use this for mainly selling, use it predominantly for buying. What you will have in the end is a eBay account finally in your name again, and you can buy things and have them delivered to your home, no need to forward it etc.

I've done this myself, so I assure you, it works wonders. I now have an eBay and PayPal account in my name again. :)
P.S. I treat this like any other stealth account, I dont use ebay/paypal apps on my phone, I keep this on a different user account, keep a record of IPs etc.
