Creating a new PayPal after limitation
 

Hey guys,

So I've just got an unappealable limitation on my UK PayPal account. I was both buying and selling alot on eBay - it's likely because someone started a chargeback against me on PayPal (without telling me the item wasn't received and had been held at the Post Office). My eBays still fine, but the PayPal is well and truly ruined. I cant pay for things on eBay and it cant accept payments.

What I want to ask is, is it possible to make a new PayPal with the same features as the last? Could I pay for things via direct debit like I used to with a stealth paypal? I have always preferred that just because of how quick the withdrawals are. Could the guide Ive seen on here explain how to do that? I'd love to make a new account, and get back the direct debit facility + instant withdrawals, although I'm sure that comes with history.

You will need to create a new paypal in all new details. Not crossing over any information from your banned account.

You can pay for items but will need to use a vcc. Entropay works well. Or pay using your paypal balance.

Can I pay using instant bank transfer if I add a bank?
