Account limited as I past the EU receiving limit..
 

Hi all,

Over night I've gone past the £1800 EU receiving limit but also had a limitation due to fast increase in sales so Paypal had limited me and asked for more information. ID, Utility bill, invoices etc.

I provided all of this and today the limit has been lifted.

The account has taken over £2500 however the limit due to going over the EU limit hasn't come into place? Not even once I passed/approached £1800.

If I click "View limits" it just refreshes the home page and doesn't allow me to view my limits.

Could the EU limit have been removed the same time I provided the docs/invoices for the other limit?

Based on this, the EU receiving limit has been lifted at the same time as the other limitation.

PayPal have a weird way of telling you the receiving limit has successfully been lifted, and that's by sending you back to their summary page. You need to be familiar with their coded language ;) (the purpose of this forum).

They should of also emailed you to tell you the receiving limits have successfully been lifted.

This is what confused me. The only email I received is one saying "Paypal account access has been restored". Nothing whatsoever regarding the EU receiving limit lifted. However they must have been done together.

I've seen that one being sent out instead of the "Your receiving limit has been lifted" email a few times now.
