I have a brand new ebay account that is not linked to anything of my banned account. If I buy something from my paypal account (not with ebay) and get it delivered to an address that has been banned with ebay, can ebay see this and suspend me?

get it prior agreement with seller that they will send to another address, then when you win, email them on their private mail with it
