Bank Probs but not ebay
 

I owed money to a courier ,ebay shut me down couldn't pay courier,, so asked for a payment plan, they didnt except it .and said please pay the amount or go to court .But 3 months latter they used my debt card unofficially to take money out my account bank confirmed it was unofficial so gave the money back to me ..they complained ,bank allowed them to take all the money,.. bank said you lost the case because you owed them money

when you say this was for a courier, was this for customs fees?

how can they 'unofficially take money from your card?

hmm... If you put your debit card onto the ebay account, and clicked agree to the contract which pretty much says 'when fees are due, we will take them' - then I can't see why them taking fees was a problem.

If you owed money to a courier (or customs) ... What has that got to do with eBay shutting you down?

Payment plan? to repay the debt? Did you really accrue so much fees you have to arrange a payment plan to repay it? Where did the funds go from all the sales? - that should have been more than sufficient to cover fees + customs cost + money to spare.
