Entropy not working

Just topped up five pound on the card and paypal state the information is incomplete or incorrect.

Using stealth name and entropay numbers to verify.

Entropy card created with my real details.

This is an old paypal that hasn't received funds.

Do I use my real address for the billing address?

Entropay real address, PayPal definitely not. The addresses do not have to match

Unfortunately its not working.

Maybe i should wait a while for the card to register? Just topped up like 30 minutes ago..

That wont make a difference, ok so you topped up your account with £5, how much money is on the card that you are trying to add?

You literally need about £1 to £1.50 balance on the card... So a £5 top up would certainly suffice.

I would try logging into PayPal from a different browser and try adding the card to see if it works.

Create a new card and add that instead. Make sure the card is loaded with a minimum of £1.50. That error you are encountering is fairly common when trying to add Entropay cards to Paypal.
