Hi guys, I would like to thank users in advance for contributing to this discussion.

I have a source for AVS compatible VCC's that can receive withdrawals, paired with a regular old VBA for verification I have a fully verified/limit lifted PayPal. This could then be linked to an account on eBay.co.uk.

Of course, the PayPal would be registered in an eastern European country, lets take Romania for example..

Am I going to have issues when selling on .co.uk? Obviously the items wont be shipped from Romania, I could make it appear that way but I mean its obvious they are not from the tracking.

My intention is not to deceive customers in any way, shape or form so based on that reason would I be looking to face obvious issues when stating on the listing its being shipped from the UK?

Any advice and tips on how to go about selling on eBay.co.uk with a Romanian setup would be great. Me personally, I would be raising red flags in regards to a Romanian selling on .co.uk, but then again? People import right?

I am computer savvy, I know a lot about my browser footprint and how to mask my user-data, I am just purely curious as to the fact will my suggested setup cause red flags in your experienced opinion, thanks.

I've created several accounts with mismatching countries for exactly the reason you describe

Most have been doing well-- selling in the UK and withdrawing to a plastic CC through an international PayPal. Personally I don't use Romania as I've had better experiences with other international countries.

There are some steps you should follow to avoid issues but generally mismatching countries work fine for UK eBay

Yes you will have no problems, normal behaviour. Many Eastern European people sell on Ebay UK, Com, De. Also having Uk details on Ebay UK and Romanian on say Romanian PayPal is ok, if you had issues with ebay or pp you might have to explain though, "I'm Romanian but living in UK at moment" etc

I prefer to use Italy to withdraw to to be honest. Far easier and have had the best experience there

Are you using an Italian IP address to open up the account? Or at all?

Or just the same UK IP as you open and operate the UK eBay?

Of course my friend, I am very competent when it comes to linking and general discipline.

Fresh VM, dedicated Italian IP, even purchased Italian scans prior to making the account so when the worst case comes I can submit ID. I am just worried about me having an Italian PayPal it would trigger flags by selling on UK.

I'm attracted to Italian PayPal and others that allow VCC/CC withdrawals for obvious reasons.

I like to travel and work from abroad sometimes. I'm working from Spain at the moment and I stick to my UK accounts but I'd be keen to branch out at some point soon into local accounts.

What about USA ? Can you create an USA ebay at ".com" and attach let's say romanian pp. And also what country you choose for ebay when registering (romania or usa/ what countrie's phone number to use)?

P.S.: for pp it's obvious you choose romania (if primary country of residency) as I understand

Can you confirm that Italian PayPal allows VCC/CC withdrawals ? Can you attach a VBA to an Italian PayPal Account ?

Of course you can, that's how people in Romania for example sell on Ebay

So how shouhd the info in usa ebay + romanian pp match??? Or it could be differenr. For example can I just buy here ebay acc from marketplace (in different name) and attach to romanian pp in other name? Or it should match (need to change ebay once bought) ? And wheh registering at ebay.com you choose which country?

Well you should make the details match as much as possible, although you may get away with having a USA address for Ebay and a RO address for Romania.

I'm sure one of the sellers can sort you out both the Ebay and the PP

Wow. If that's true, then WTF am I doing paying the USA gov't taxes on my sales?
